I have been thinking for some time now about what kind of birthday precedent I wanted to set for our family. So when Sabrina's 4th birthday came around, I decided she was old enough to have a friend party, but I don't think I am going to start friend parties until the 4th birthday, and even then we are only going to do a friend party on their even year birthdays. Precedent set. So, with that in mind, I asked Sabrina what kind of party she wanted. She told me she wanted a bubble party. So that's what we did. We had bubble decorations, "bubbles" (white balloons) for them to play with, a bubble wrap dance floor to pop while they danced, and their own bubbles to decorate and blow outside. Add some food and cupcakes with bubble gum balls on top, and you've got yourself a party. It turned out to be great fun. (I had to take pictures of the decorations because I was cutting out circles for way too long!)

Oh, man! You deserve "Mom of the Year" after that party; quite amazing, missy!
As a student, how do you afford such a high quality entertainment center?
Oh! I want a bubble wrap dance floor for my birthday. That is sweet! Nice job Ricks!
Cute, cute, cute party! I can't believe she is 4 years old...I guess that means Thomas is four soon too. It seems like we were just at your little apartment celebrating her birthday! Happy Birthday Sabrina!!!
I'm impressed by the decorating. Now I feel sad that I didn't even go inside to see all your work. You'll be disappointed when Sabrina comes to Ella's party on Saturday. The decorations will be minimal. All I can say is, 5 kids.
Wow, that is so cute!
